Most of our trips are built for private club members, small groups of friends, corporate hosts, and golf purists who want access to championship venues without the guesswork. We handle the full experience, tee times, lodging, ground transport, dining reservations, caddies, and curated off-course experiences. This is not a packaged bus tour. Every trip is intentionally built.

For bucket-list destinations like Ireland, Scotland, Pebble Beach, or TPC properties, 12–18 months in advance is ideal. Elite tee times are limited and competitive. Early planning gives us leverage, flexibility, and stronger options for your group. If you’re traveling off-season or to domestic destinations, shorter timelines may work — but the best experiences are rarely last-minute.

Absolutely. Some of the best trips include spouses and friends who don’t play. We design parallel experiences like spa days, private tours, dining reservations, cultural excursions, coastal drives, shopping, or simply time to relax. No one feels like they’re “along for the ride.”

We operate with a curated approach. We focus on premier destinations, strong relationships, and thoughtful execution rather than high-volume package sales.

Most of our trips include a JC Golf Tours host on site. Having a host present adds an extra layer of coordination and leadership. We manage tee time flow, transportation timing, lodging check-ins, group dinners, caddie coordination, and any adjustments that need to happen in real time. It allows the group leader to relax and simply enjoy the experience. That said, an on-site host is not required. Some groups prefer a lighter structure. In those cases, we fully prepare the itinerary in advance and support the trip through our trusted in-country partners and direct access to our team throughout your stay. Hosted or not, the experience remains organized, supported, and professionally executed. The level of involvement is simply tailored to your preference.
